3. Payment & Order Processing
We accept various payment channels including Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Orders are processed upon verification of inventory and payment authorization. For COD orders, verification via call/SMS may be performed prior to dispatch.
4. Warranty & Technical Support
All hardware items sold by PCL Prince Infotech come with official manufacturer warranty unless specified as refurbished or second-hand. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the respective manufacturer guidelines or by contacting our customer support team with valid proof of purchase.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped via trusted courier partners across India. Delivery estimates provided during checkout are approximate. PCL Prince Infotech is not responsible for transit delays caused by courier service disruptions, natural disasters, or invalid delivery addresses provided by the buyer.
6. Limitation of Liability
PCL Prince Infotech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any product purchased from our store.
